Smallways, Congresbury
BoKlok has submitted a detailed planning application to deliver a collection of 47, two and three-bedroom homes on a site in Smallways, Congresbury. As part of the scheme, BoKlok will be part funding a new medical centre, which will be delivered on the site, for the benefit of the wider community. The landscape and ecology-led design scheme incorporates habitat creation, wildflower, hedgerow and tree planting and dark zones for bat corridors.

Details of sites, which have recently secured planning can be found below.
Fort Hill, Winklebury
We have secured planning to deliver 66 affordable homes, in partnership with leading affordable homes provider Vivid. The site forms part of wider regeneration proposals submitted by Vivid, which include 203 homes, 652m2 of retail space, a 706m2 medical centre (including doctor's surgery and pharmacy), a new pre-school, community facility and large public open space. The scheme will deliver a mix of two and three-bedroom homes.
Ringmer
Planning has been secured for 70 homes (40% of which will be affordable). The scheme comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses. It will also include community and natural play areas and open space.
Bridgwater Gateway
Planning has been secured for up to 361 homes at Bridgwater Gateway. The scheme will deliver a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses including affordable houses and apartments, all set within extensive landscaped areas, communal gardens and open space.
BoKlok Lakeside, Highbridge
We have secured planning to deliver a new collection of 110, two and three-bedroom family homes set among landscaped, communal spaces and play areas in Highbridge. Close to Burnham-on-Sea with its award-winning beach, and centrally located, within easy reach of the town’s transport links, the scheme here will be well connected.
Lockleaze, Bristol
Planning has been secured to provide 40 new homes in Lockleaze, north Bristol. The scheme will deliver 100% affordable homes, through a partnership with Abri, one of the largest housing providers in the south of England. The scheme will deliver homes available through shared ownership and social rent and will comprise a mix of two and three-bedroom properties.
