Report a fault
At BoKlok we have put checks in place to ensure that your home has been finished to a high standard. We hope you will not encounter any problems in your new home. However, if any genuine defects arise during the first two years of your warranty period, you should report these to us.
The best way to report a defect is through our dedicated Occupant Portal. Here you will have an opportunity to record the details of the defect, upload an image (if appropriate) and track its progress.
