Meet Stephen
Stephen has lived in the Worthing area for his whole life and had been following our progress at BoKlok on the Lake, ever since we first secured the land here! After reserving a one-bedroom apartment, Stephen shares his experience with us.
Stephen talks of his home buying experience:
“I have always lived in Worthing and after selling a larger family home, I was keen to find a new apartment that suited my lifestyle. I was initially drawn to the apartments at BoKlok on the Lake due to their location, as well as their competitive price."
For me, the location of the development is ideal. My children live close by in Angmering and everything I need is within easy reach. I work long hours, so having a new apartment that feels safe and secure and is finished to such a good standard, really appealed to me.
Reflecting on his new home, Stephen added:
"The energy efficiency features, such as the high levels of insulation and the triple glazing mean that my home always feels warm and is very efficient to run. The fact that everything is new, there is no work that needs doing and that everything was included – from the flooring to all of the appliances, has made moving here seem easy!”
