Meet Estefania
For Estefania and her family, being able to purchase a three-bedroom family home at BoKlok on the Brook in Bristol is like a dream come true!
After searching for a home in the area for some time, it was a friend who alerted her to the BoKlok development and since enquiring about the homes here, the family hasn’t looked back.
Estefania reflects on her family's search for a new home:
“We were really struggling to find a family home that offered us the space we required, within our budget. Having rented for a number of years, we just wanted to purchase a home of our own in an area that was suited to bringing up our young family. When we discovered BoKlok on the Brook, it just seemed perfect. The open spaces and the play areas really appealed to us. Providing safe spaces where our children can play and make new friends, all so close to our home gives the development a real community focus."
The three-bedroom houses were ideal for our family. When you are purchasing off-plan, it can be hard to visualise the actual space, but when we saw the show homes, they surpassed our expectations. We were so impressed with the space and how practical and family-friendly they were.
Estefania talks about the sustainability of the homes:
“The sustainability elements within the homes is another bonus for us. It’s great to know that the homes are built sustainably but to know that our house is actually designed to help us to live in a more sustainable, and cost effective way too, is a major advantage."
We were in touch with Kat in the sales team from the start and she was amazing. She was so lovely and easy to approach. We knew we could rely on her to come back to us and to keep us updated, but it was also great that you could always have a chat and a laugh with her too. She always went out of her way to assist us wherever she could, and we felt totally blessed to have her support.
