High scores in customer satisfaction for BoKlok Sweden
In Sweden, BoKlok is measured annually together with other housing developers, in an independent industry survey where customer satisfaction is ranked in a customer satisfaction index (CSI). BoKlok Sweden has a long tradition of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, reaching the podium a total of six times in the survey, which demonstrates BoKlok’s clear focus on customer experience.
The customer satisfaction survey is performed by an independent Swedish market analysis company, and around 85% of all new homebuyers in Sweden are included in the survey. Find out more about the survey in our pressroom.
