My BoKlok home

If you are a BoKlok purchaser, you can log-in to our dedicated ‘My BoKlok Home’ area where you will be able to access a host of information regarding maintaining and caring for your BoKlok home, as well as useful contact details.

Prior to moving in, all BoKlok homeowners will meet with a member of our team, for a thorough demonstration of your new home.

Upon handover (when you get the keys to your new home) you will receive a copy of your Home User Guide (HUG), along with other useful information about the general running and maintenance of your home.

You will also receive an email with a log-in and a password to the dedicated homeowners section of our website. You can input these details below to access a range of information. Here you will be able to access our ‘How to’ videos, FAQs, information on how to report a fault, useful contact details and much much more.
