Summary of Works

We will be installing two gates; one from the narrow track and the other through the development. There will be materials, a telehandler and a water bowser (water tank) delivered to site.  Our aim will be to predominitely use the access lane. However, larger vehicles will need to go through Lakeside. Most materials will be delivered in the first week and works will continue for four weeks.

Residents should note that the 'Vehicular Gate' at the bottom of the image is currently subject to a feasibility study. We hope to be able to implement this to ease the traffic going through Lakeside, but this is not currently something we can guarantee. We will keep you updated on this.
